Cheese egg salad burger
1 egg
2 cheese slices
1 hamburger
Chopped onion
Soy sauce (shoyu)
Sliced tomato
Chopped lettuce
American burger sauce, tartar sauce or mayo
Ketchup
Mustard
Barbecue sauce
1 big bread
Cut the bread on its half. Place it opnenned on a fryer pan for a short time, just to heat a little bit. Place it opened on a plate, and pass the mayo or special sauce on both sides. On 1 side, put tomato slices.
On a fryer pan, fry the burger both sizes and them place above it 1 slice of cheese. Cover for it to melt. Place the cheesy hamburger on the bread.
On the same fryer (no need to use any oil or butter in this recipe) break the egg, fry both sides and place above it the remaining cheese slice. Cover for it to melt. Place the cheesy egg above the cheesy burger.
On the same fridge, place the onions. Mix for them to grill at all sides. When they are golden, pour some soy sauce on them. Mixing, wait for it to vaporize. Place the fried onion above the tomatoes. Add some lettuce in the middle and carefully close your burger sandwich. You may need to use a little wooden stick to make it stand.
I don't recommend trying to eat it barehanded, my sugestion is to use fork and knife, carefully slicing your huge burger into little pieces, topping each piece with some ketchup, mustard or barbecue sauce.

Swiss potato pancake
Potato
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Cream cheese
Scallion
Butter
Cook the potatoes, but not too much. After they are cold, grate them in the large grater.
In a fryer, melt the butter, and take off the fire. Above it, place a layer of grated potato, like a pancake. Dispose a layer of the cheese and scallion. You can choose other kinds of stuffing, other types of cheese, use your imagination. Now carefully arrange the topping pancake of grated potato, and dont't miss big holes.
Bring the fryer back to high fire for around 6 minutes. Put a large plate upside down above the fryer, and off the stove, twist the fryer upside down carefully placing the pancake in the plate. Return the fryer to the stove and slowly slide the turned pancake back to it from the plate. Fry for another 6 minutes.
Soft, hot, and melted cheese!

This blog's concept
First of all, I'm not a native English speaker. So I begin apologizing for any misspelled words, false cognates, wierd sentences, things called by wrong names etcs. If any reader finds a mistake, please warn me by commenting or send me an e-mail at ramos.fernanda@gmail.com
Readers warned, let's talk about cooking. Since an early age, I was always concerned about nutrition, healthy eating, and the magic of cooking. It has been already 20 years since I started making my experiments in the kitchen.
Along this time I developed my skills, made many tries, refined my recipes and self-taughted techniques, becoming a tallented, praised cook. I never attended cooking lessons, so don't expect refined dishes. All I have to offer is everyday homemade mamma's food.
I'm brazilian, but I wouldn't tag this as a "brazilian food" blog. Here you'll find all kinds of international recipes: brazilian, portuguese, italian, yankee, middle-eastern, african, native-american. I don't care about the recipe's source: I'm only concerned about taste.
Talking of taste, I must warn that I really like to spice things up. I get heavy on flavour and seasonigs, so people with a "weak stomach" must be carefull not to get too heavy on spices. Also in this subject, I always use industrial brods. If you are a purist, feel free to make your own, homemade.
The essencial thought behind all recipes is that they gotta be very easy to make. All of them must be intuitive, and the reader must be able to follow it even without reading anything: the shot must be assembled so that in a maximum of 9 steps anyone can understand and reproduce the recipe at home.
Some recipes are more than simple, could be called "too basic". I'll upload even those recipes that "everybody knows", taken for granted. I do this thinking of children who have never cooked and have no idea from where to start, and also people who always had someone else to cook for them, and now living alone, also have no ideia of how to do even the most basic steps for a nice tasty meal.
This blog isn't sponsored by any brand, and I don't intend to advertise anything, except a healthy lifestyle. Also, I don't write the exact amount or weight, you can get an idea of the quantities by the pictures. Also, if you want to change the proportions, or not to use something you don't like, feel free. If any recipe needs an exact amount of something, it will be informed in numbers. In the pictures, nothing is there for no reason, so if you see a fork, this shows that you'll have to use it. If you see skimmer inside a pan, it's because you shall use it at this step.
I'm not a vegetarian, but I eat very little meat. You'll find many vegetarian dishes under the "veggie" tag. I'm also not jewish, but when a dish isn't veggie but is kasher, you'll find it under the "kosher" tag. So, all recipes tagged as "veggie" and "kosher" are suitable for jews.
All recipes are tagged by their ingredients, so if you have something to start with you can search by a ingredient and find all the recipes I have that use it. I try not to use too many itens, or ingredients that are too hard to find, so anyone, living anywhere in the world, can find everything easily in their local grossery store.
Home cooking is very pleasing. To eat and to feed your family and friends with the product of your labor, made by your own hands is a great source of self-accomplishment. You can invite your friends over to cook together at your house, spending a great time together, doing something colaborative, interesting and fun!
Be a foodie! Enjoy cooking, baking, roasting and frying your own homemade, clean, healthy and nutritious food! Cooking is for everyone, it doesn't take any training or specials skills.
Make comments, send feedback, if you don't understand anything, please tell me. This food blog's mission is to help everyone cook simple and tasty homemade food.
