Onions and Potatoes roasted with herbs

Olive Oil
Butter
Rosemary
Scallion
Parsley
Salt
Garlic
Onions
Potatoes

Mix butter, herbs, salt and olive oil. When it is blended and soft, Cut the potatoes and the onions, mix everything on a big tray.
Put in the oven set to maximum and roast for 1 hour. You may want to turn the vegetables after 40 minutes, so they roast at all sides.
